Delivery and Returns

Delivery - UK

Our preferred delivery partner is Royal Mail, who should deliver your bedding within two to three business days of your order being placed. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout.

The majority of items are sent out via Royal Mail Tracked48, and include tracking updates via email and text messages to make receiving your Hunant bedding as hassle free as possible.

Local pick up is also available (Cardiff) - please email hello@hunant.co.uk to arrange prior to order and we can provide you with a code to remove delivery charges.

Delivery - International

We ship our sheets all over the world! Delivery charges are calculated at checkout. Rest assured, we'll get your sheets to you safely and as quickly as possible. However, please be aware that customs charges may apply. Any such charges will be your responsibility.

Returns - UK

If for any reason you’re unhappy with your order and would like to return it, we’d be very happy to offer a full refund, exchange or credit note of the same value as your order (excluding delivery), as long as it’s within 28 days of receiving your purchase, unused and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return or exchange, please drop us an email at hello@hunant.co.uk quoting your order number.

Refunds are processed as soon as your order is received back at the Hunant office.

Returns - International

We're happy to offer the same 28 day returns policy to our international customers., however, you'll need to cover the cost of return postage.
